CallMessaging & Consent
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This page explains how JULY Marketing Inc. handles calls, texts, and emails through JulyCall, and your choices about them, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable telemarketing rules.
Calls and recording
When you call a number operated on JulyCall, an automated AI assistant may answer. If the call is recorded, you hear a disclosure at the start of the call before recording begins. You may decline to be recorded or ask that a recording be deleted.
Text messages
We send text messages to help with your inquiry (for example, appointment confirmations and replies you asked for), and, where you have consented, occasional updates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Marketing texts are only sent to people who have given consent, and never during quiet hours.
Emails
Commercial emails include our identity and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and applies to future marketing messages.
Consent
We record when and how you gave consent to receive marketing communications, and we honor withdrawals of consent promptly and permanently unless you later opt back in. Responding to your inquiry, confirming an appointment, or completing a transaction does not by itself sign you up for marketing.
Quiet hours
Automated marketing messages are sent only between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific time. Time-sensitive transactional messages you requested (such as a booking confirmation) may arrive outside those hours.
