Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JulyCall platform provided by JULY Marketing Inc. (“JULY”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

JulyCall is software that helps real estate professionals answer inquiries, coordinate appointments and showings, manage client relationships, and prepare documents. It is a tool for licensed professionals and their teams; it is not itself a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate advice.

AI assistance and licensee review

Parts of the service use artificial intelligence to answer routine questions, capture information, and draft documents. The AI provides factual information only. Any advice, pricing strategy, negotiation guidance, or opinion is the responsibility of a licensed representative. Client-facing documents produced with AI assistance — including market analyses, offers, and listing agreements — must be reviewed and approved by a licensed representative before they are sent to a client. This review step is built into the platform and cannot be bypassed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: send messages to people who have not consented or have opted out; violate CASL, PIPEDA, telemarketing rules, or BCFSA requirements; upload unlawful content; attempt to breach security or access data belonging to other accounts; or misrepresent the AI as a licensed professional. You are responsible for the communications sent from your account and for holding any licences your activities require.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars at the price shown for your account type. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; by subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Voice-minute allowances are included per plan, with overage billed at the posted rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and AI-generated content may contain mistakes — which is why licensee review is mandatory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JULY’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse that creates legal or compliance risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Contact: support@july.ca.
